Brownie Cookies

Hey!! You have to try to make these cookies!! You might think they're just like chocolate cookies but you're very wrong my friend. These cookie taste and have the same texture as a brownie but they're only a little bit smaller. They take a little bit more time to make because you have to shape the cookies and you might not have a big oven (it was my case) where you can cook them all at once so you'll have to wait until a batch is done in order to put the next one. I think I made about 40 cookies and they weren't small! They were not enormous but good, like two oreos placed together.
The ingredients you'll need are:
- 320 gr of chocolate (chopped of course)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 45 gr of butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- I think it would be nice to add sliced almonds
1) Place the butter and the chocolate in a sauce pan until they're completely melted. Set aside.

(I know I put less chocolate here but I had a problem with the scale and added the rest later so be sure to use 320gr of chocolate in total)

2) In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Once they're all blended, add in the flour, baking powder and your melted chocolate.

3) Finally, spoon a tablespoon of your mixture onto parchment paper to shape the cookies. Bake for about 10 minutes or keep checking the cookies and when you see that they're starting to crack, it means they're ready. Once you take them out of the oven, make sure to let them cool completely otherwise they're going to break. Once they're completely cool, you can add something on them! I decided to put Dulce de Leche but you can add caramel, peanut butter or you can even scoop a little bit of ice cream and make an ice cream sandwich!!

Make sure to like and comment and if you make them, post a picture on instagram tagging me and I'll be sure to like it!!!
