Stress

Hey!! I'm sorry I haven't posted anything in a long time! I'm on my last year of college and I'm therefore really stressed about what I'll be doing next. I'm happy because I found a masters degree that looks really good so now I have to do the whole application process.
I just wanted to post some tips that help me get over stress. Well not completely over but alleviate it a little. What I really like to do are to-do lists but keeping them realistic and doing ONE thing at a time. I always try to focus on lots of things but if I stick to one thing and then move to another I feel that I work faster and you feel more accomplished.
Another things that I love to do are sports. I usually go to different fitness classes like zumba, body design, yoga, pilates, body pump and after doing these classes I feel so good and more motivated to keep working. Or I also love to do a class after I've worked just to destress my body.
As stupid as it may sound, I think that putting on a face mask and turning on my Christmas lights really helps me feel more relaxed. That's a good thing to do after studying.
Eating good is also important. I love the feeling I get when I've been eating good and healthy for a couple of days, I just feel better. I always feel bad after having lots of desserts or just unhealthy food. Of course, sometimes it's nice to comfort yourself and you won't feel bad if you've been eating really good before. Eating unhealthy foods is just another stress that's added to my body so if I can choose healthy options it's one less thing to worry about.
These are some of my tips but let me know if you have any posts that you want me to do or anything that you want me to talk about!
Until next time.
